Plastic Injection Mould Development and Fabrication
To complete the missing link towards injection moulding, Fitson has incorporated a strong and skillful Mould Development and Fabrication department. Our MDF team consists of experienced and proficient mould makers, trained and well aware of the high finishing quality requirements the babycare product industry.

Plastic Injection & Blow Moulding
Production consistency is the key to achieving superior quality products. All of our Plastic Injection and Blow Moulding Machines have the most current technology and are able to mould multi component products. They are mainly imported from renowned European and Japanese companies because we believe in using machines from only the trusted leaders in Technology and Mechanism who have a strong track record of performance reliability and consistency.

Tufting & Trimming
Being one of the first in Asia to own the latest automatic 5-axis horizontal, turret style filling machine, Fitson has managed to incorporate the latest technology into our manufacturing know-how. By changing and customizing specific equipment, we are able to achieve different filling angles such as semi-spherical brushes, radial, parallel and in combination tufted brushes and rollers. Our product range has certainly expanded to include baby bottle cleaning brushes, dish-washing brushes, hair brushes and many more.

Water Filling System
Setting a high level of quality and safety for our water filled products, our water supply is put through a Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Purification process followed with UV treatment before being filled into the parts with our customized automated Water Filling System. This stringent purification process ensures our RO water meets international drinking water standards. With the automated system, direct contact handling of the water filled parts before sealing is largely minimized hence preventing any potential contamination on or in the products.

Ultrasonic Welding
At Fitson, we are able to process Ultrasonic Welding as part of our production process. Ultrasonic assembly uses ultrasonic vibratory energy which is transmitted through the different plastic components to melt and bond thermoplastic materials. This technique is fast, efficient, non-contaminating and requires no consumables and is therefore, one of the most preferred and safest methods for joining plastic parts in babycare and medical items.

Blistering
As part of our one-stop solution, we offer blister packaging to ensure that our client’s products are always retail-ready. Furthermore, Blister packaging helps to deter tampering and hence ensures optimum levels of hygiene and cleanliness of our products. The transparent packaging also allows our products to be clearly and attractively showcased on the retail shelves.

High Frequency Welding
High frequency welding is a method of welding thermoplastics where the surfaces to be joined are heated by contact with electrodes of a high frequency electrical generator. This technique is used in sealing and joining thermoplastic sheets to form water-resistant bottle warmers, carriers, changing mats and many more items in place of the traditional sewing method.
